- The piece was selected at its optimum point of curing, the ham is presented at knife cutting by very experienced hands to procure the excellent flavor and perfect texture.
- Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
- Keep the packaging under lukewarm water for a moment before opening to separate the slices.
- Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature to best enjoy the flavors of the product.
