Return and Refund

  1. No exchange, return or refund for food due to safety issues.
     
  2. Besides food products, damaged merchandise caused by delivery could be returned or refund with 5 days upon receipt of your merchandise, please contact customer service for arrangements.
     
  3. No return or refund for merchandise that are used or unpacked.
     
  4. Refund is only available for buyers in Hong Kong.
     
In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.
