Delivery

1. Only available for delivery within Hong Kong (except for remote areas); an additional fee may apply for village houses, tenement houses and stairs by "pay on delivery"; no delivery services in remote areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Luohu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island; no delivery service for Macau and overseas.

2. Only accept local residential and or office address; does not accept any third-party pick-up points, smart cabinet, and or shipping address..

3. Under normal circumstances, order will be delivered within 14-21 working days, additional 1-2 days will be required for remote areas.

4. Please ensure that shipping address provided is correct to avoid delay of delivery.

5. No exchange, return or refund for food items due to safety issues.

In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.
